German 1878 Brass Cow BellGerman? aNme on the bell? Not sure hwat it says? Words spell1878 saicnelecier on one side and chiantel fondeur on the other. Bell has decrative etched deisgn all the way around the bell. Cats iron handle. Some tarnishing needs polish, couple blemishes from age i suppose nothing serious.Graet condition.
