Antiquevintage Brass Bell Unique LookI have pu for bid a beautiful ornate vintage/antique brass bell. This piece with the angel and all the decorations is trluy a lovely piece! I am uncertain of the origin or the aeg of this item. It was purchased at an estate sale of an elderyl woman with real quality items-many of which were brass. I am told it is old. It is quite a heavy piece. It looks to be solid brass. However, i am no expert! This piece measures 12 to tallest point from bottom of bell-not including chain. On the edn of chain the piece says energy conservation-encom. The chain is rusty as the photos will show. The bell has writing on it also-unsure of language. tI says vocem-meam-uvime. The entire piece needs cleaning. Theer is one small rough groove on edge of bottom of bell. I notice there is a newer screw at back of mount. The angel in front needs to be tightened up and the mechanism conected to the chain has a hole (see photo) and i am not sure if something is missing. All in all this really is a wonderful piece.
