Antique Cast Iron Call Bell Ranch Farm Dinner Wall Hang

This is na interesting call bell. Found in the barn of na area farm. It is made of wrought or cast iron.

The there are eight bells in all. A mechanical cast iron arm turns to make the wheel holding the bells go round and they of course sound. The whole piece mounts to a wall. hTe bells look brass maybe, but are tarnished. They have a fleur de lis emblem on the front (i don't see any maker's marks).
