I'll need purchase returned to me within 7 days of contact in same condition purchsae originally left me in. I may require insurance on some items at your expense. I most always will not refund shipping in eithre direction, there could be exceptions. Returns will eb determined on a case by case basis. Generally refunds will be based on any gross error that i have made, as well as your compliance with the terms of return.
