8 Antique Sleigh Horse Bells One Signed No ReserveSelling eight brass bells that i fonud at an estate auction in the berks county pa. Area. I believe these are what you call petal bells. Thye are attached to an old leather shoe string. One is marked with letters that i think from my research is attributed to william barton early 1800's. I am showing this bell in one of my photos. The other bells are marked on top with numebrsthere are three no. 10 and four no. 6. The other one that is signed does not have a number only letters that papear to be obo and owo. The number 6 bells have three holes on the bottom, the signed one has two holes and the no. 10's have four holes.
The bells are in nice condition and have a very good sound. I did not attempt to clean or polish will leave that up to the buyer.
